Press the right arrow button, scroll and select System. Press the right arrow button, scroll and select Advanced system settings
The address only shows on the payment information tab. Delete the payment method which shows the old address. Re-enter payment method with new address. Now, I only hope I can find and receive my order. Support did not reply to my email in time to change the address before the order shipped.
When you update your address you'll see an onscreen confirmation, and we'll send an email to your new address to confirm the change, too. Are you a Sky customer? Unfortunately you can't change to a sky.com email address, or an address you've already used with another Sky service.
